Loving father of 8: William Jr., Moira (Ken) Smith, Charity, Brian (Dawn), Michael, Hugh, Peggy (Charles) Barker and the late Christine. Husband of the late Patricia Anne. Loving grandfather of 7. Brother of Elaine Mullaly, Don Mullaly & Janet Johnson. Bill is also survived by Ilse's daughters Kathy & Karen as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

A native Detroiter, he graduated from St. Gregory H.S. and attended Wayne State University. He was a retired business owner and long time member of the Knights of Columbus. A Korean War veteran, Bill was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing, walking and was a wonderful cook.
