Copley, William Michael. Age 64 died peacefully December 28, 2021 after a courageous cancer fight. Beloved husband of Dawn (Tersigni) of 20 years. Loving father of Jason Copley and the late Heather. Grandfather of Mikaela and Jackson. Stepfather to Paul (Zarema) Kruchko and Jon Kruchko . Step-grandfather to Isabella and David. Dear brother of Linda McKiddie, Susan (Robert) Hocking and John (Maryann) Copley. Uncle to Brad (Carrie), Greg, Alexandra (Daniel), Christopher, Lance, Allyssa, Jacob and Luke. Also survived by many sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws and nieces and nephews. Bill lived his life through his Savior, Jesus Christ. He enjoyed walks on his property, bowling, was an avid Michigan State fan, a Chicago Bear fan and he enjoyed sports in general. "Wild Bill" as some people knew him also loved to salmon fish, being outdoors and traveling. He was a Veteran of the United States Army from 1977-81 where he traveled to many countries while being in the service and then worked as a clerk for the United States Postal Service from 1981-2014.
Celebration of Bill's life will be celebrated Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Reformation Bible Church 11082 Irish Rd. Otisville, MI 48463 with visiting from 1pm until time of celebration. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery, 2pm Thursday, January 6, 2022 Holly, MI. Memorial contributions may be directed to Reformation Bible Church.
