Usha Maddukuri, age 57, passed away on February 22, 2026. Born on June 17, 1968, Usha will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation and a time of sharing memories on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. at O'Brien Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, Michigan 48375.

Friends and family are encouraged to share a memory or condolence on Usha's tribute wall on the funeral home's website so that these memories may be shared and celebrated during the visitation.

Following the visitation and sharing of memories, Usha will be taken to Southern Michigan Services in Livonia, Michigan, where cremation will take place.

Usha's memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her life and legacy will remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
