Dear brother of John A. (Alwynne), Mary Lou Ross, William C., and Richard C. (Holly), and numerous other family members. Mr. Bales retired as a respected science teacher from Martha Brown Middle School Fairport, New York. The family will receive friends on Saturday April 18th from 9:30AM until the funeral liturgy at 10:30AM at Detroit Catholic Central High School 27225 Wixom Road Novi MI. Inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Southfield, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory can be made to The Basilian Fathers 95 St Joseph Street Toronto, ON. M5S 3C2 or the University of Rochester Medical Center, Strong Memorial Hospital 601 Elmwood Avenue Rochester NY 14642. A future Memorial Mass will be held at St. John of Rochester Catholic Church in Fairport, NY.
