Mr. Hollman had five years of service with the United States Air Force. He retired from Ford Motor Company with 36 years of service, including the Dearborn Rouge Plant for 18 years with a transfer to the North American Operations (NAO).
Ted reflected often about the most memorable times being in a one room cabin at Yellowstone National Park, WY with no TV or radio. The family recalls that they sure heard telling of secrets on each other. They spent winter trips every year in Florida. The most fun was 21 years on Russell Island in Algonac, MI, cottage life on the South Channel (Freighters). There were wonderful cruises to Hawaii and Alaska and a fantastic trip to Spain and Gibralter!
After living in Dearborn Heights, MI for 50 years, an upscale move took place on June 15, 2007 to Novi, MI.
Our son "Eddie" will greet you with open arms!
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday April 5, 10:30 AM until funeral liturgy at 11 AM, at Holy Family Church, 24505 Meadowbrook Rd. in Novi.
Memorial donations can be made to Angela Hospice.
