Steven Eugene Adams, of Commerce Township, Michigan, passed away on October 29, 2026, at the age of 90 years old. He was born in Michigan on December 12, 1935.

Steve was a good man with a kind heart. He was an Army veteran, serving in Korea following the war in the 1950s. He earned a bachelor’s degree and was a former automotive executive, with a long and successful career at Ford Motor Company. Following his retirement, Steve served several years on the City Council as a Trustee in Lyon Township, MI.

With Steve’s career, he travelled the world and had many fond memories of his experiences. Steve frequently stated he had a good life and frequently travelled in retirement (e.g. cruises and leisure time in Biloxi, MS).

Steve was preceded in death by his loving and devoted wife, Beverly Adams, with a marriage spanning almost 50 years. He was also preceded by his parents, Bernard and Genevieve Adams, and his son, Craig Adams, with whom he shared a special relationship.

Steve is survived by his current wife, Hsiou Huang, and the couple married 10+ years ago. He is also survived by his children, Mark Adams, David Adams, and Carrie Panetta; brother, Roland Adams, and his wife, Jodie; sister, Debbie; as well as all the associated spouses and children of these family members.

A gathering and service for family and friends will take place 1 :00pm on Monday, November 2nd,  at Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Park (35667 W. Eight Mile Road, Livonia, MI 48152) with military honors presented at that time.
