(nee Gabrie), Age 74, passed peacefully in her sleep on Friday morning, May 21, 2010. Beloved wife of 47 years to the late Charles; loving mother of Mary Beth Duffy-Hewison (Chris), Janet Brown (Craig), Michael (Lisa), David (Dawn), and James (Jackie); proud grandmother of Chandler, Autumn, Riley, Cameron, Drew, Richard, Mitchell, David, Sydnie, and James; and sister of Dennis (Virginia) and the late Burt (Jean). Shirley was a beacon of the brightest light, an everyday angel who touched countless lives and was loved by everyone. Active in her church and a fortress of faith, Shirley gave herself unconditionally to her family and friends, and loved her grand-dogs Tanky, Shelby, Smokey and her cat Gabriel.
