Sarah Lanease Streeter, of Flint, born on September 26, 1988, passed away on June 25, 2024, in Novi at the age of 35.

Sarah was a proud mother, whose greatest joy was her daughter, Delaney. Sarah lived an adventurous life, filled with love for music, concerts, arts and crafts, and reading.

Sarah had enjoyed cooking shows and had always aspired to learn how to cook for her loved ones. Her resilience and strength were evident in her ability to overcome numerous struggles throughout her life. Despite being knocked down many times, Sarah always found her way back up, embodying a spirit of perseverance.

Sarah's mind was determined to stay, but her body grew tired. She was known for saying, "Even if I'm not on the same path as others, it doesn't mean that I am lost." She truly created her own path in life and fought hard to follow it.

Sarah is survived by her beloved daughter Delaney, her father John, and her stepfather Brian. She is also survived by her sister Amber (Ryan); her brothers Carson, Garrett (Alyssa), Charlie, and Josh; her Aunt Leah; her nephews August, Scout, Desmond and niece Charlott; her cousins Cassie, Allie, and Cameron; and many other friends and extended family members. Sarah was predeceased in death by her mother, Arnette.

The family is holding a private service.

Sarah's legacy of love, strength, and kindness will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved her.
