Ross Leonard Haight (age 94), of White Lake, MI passed away peacefully, with family at his side on Thursday, December 26th, 2024. He is survived by his cherished children Patti (Ted) Tabeek and John Haight; beloved grandchildren Jennifer (Jacob) Ernst and Scott Tabeek; adored great granddaughters Lily and Emma Ernst; brother Roy (Joan) Haight; son-in-law; John Carbott, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his loving wife Nancy, of 63 years; cherished daughter Debra Carbott; brother Harold (Grace) Haight; and parents Harvey and Edna Haight. Ross had a lifelong career at Ford Motor Company both in Canada and the United States where he excelled as a systems analyst, receiving many awards and recognition along the way. Ross enjoyed spending his time with family, doing crossword puzzles, and traveling to tropical destinations. Visitation will be held at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, 248-348-1800 on Sunday, December 29, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7 PM. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM. If you wish, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Heart Association of Michigan or Make a Wish Michigan . Inurnment will take place at Pine Lake Cemetery at a later date.
