Romana Jean (Moni) Flaherty-Travers

Cherished wife of the late Thomas (Tod) Travers and the late Norman Flaherty. Beloved daughter of the late Philomena and Ernest Lueder.

Surviving to honor her memory are her dearly loved children: Mary Susan Ptaszynski (Bill Ptaszynski, deceased), Patrick Flaherty, Jane English, Bruce Flaherty (Mary Flaherty), Scott Flaherty (Maureen Flaherty). She was also stepmother to eight Travers children, Coleen Travers, Tricia (Alan) Travers, Katie (Reynie) Ortiz, Meg Travers, Thomas (Tamara) Travers, Erin (Michael) Ferraiuolo, Susie (Andrew) Travers and Richard (Melissa) Travers.

Also survived by ten very special grandchildren: Kristen Linn (Brandon Linn), Colleen Quinn (Tony Quinn), Tricia Flaherty, Emily English (Eric Szymczak), Amy Burgess (Joshua Burgess), Matthew Flaherty, Michael Flaherty (Jessica Flaherty), Molly Jones (Marc Jones), Megan Lynch (Vincent Lynch) and Heather Flaherty as well as four Travers step grandchildren Cristiana Ortiz, Jocob Travers, Trevor Anthony, Aidan Travers and Adam Travers and ten great grandchildren: Emmett and Kai Linn, Nyla and Sanders Quinn, Maggie and Emma Flaherty, Amelia, Ivy and Jack Burgess and Tommy Lynch.

Sister of Robert Lueder (Arlene Lueder, deceased) the late Jeannette Stapula (Charles Stapula, deceased) and the late Fred Lueder. Sister-in-law to the late Arthur, Grace and Jane Flaherty also the late Ann Travers and Joan Travers.

Moni was also blessed with many special nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.

She was a devout Catholic, an avid seamstress and an adventurous traveler who loved to sing and dance, but most of all a beloved mom.
