Grandfather of Alexander Paz, Elizabeth (Franklin) Schaller, Andrew (Melissa) Mangin and Justin (Jovana) Mangin. Great-Grandfather of Kamden Paz, Elijah Schaller, Ezekiel Schaller, Hailey Mangin, Colton Mangin, Julianna Mangin and Jacqueline Mangin. Preceded in death by parents; Elmer and Florence Otto, brother; Jim Otto and son-in-law, Richard Mangin. Funeral service 11 am, Monday, April 17, 2017 at Crosspointe Meadows Church 29000 Meadowbrook Novi 48377. Visitation will be Monday 10 am until of service at the church. Mr. Otto was a Veteran of the United States Army. Robert was managing director at Kmart for over 35 years retiring in 1987.
