It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Richard "Dick" Allan Reinhardt at Angela Hospice in Livonia on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 after a long battle with Leukemia. He was in his 80th year.
Beloved husband and best friend to Kristina Mary Reinhardt.
Loving father of Candy Kwapis, Sugar (Ted) Bondjuk, Kristina Merkys, Arvy Merkys, and Diana (Rob) Milne.
He was the proud grandfather to Nathan, James, Alex & Hannah Milne, Matthew, Nicholas, Kaitlin & Kevin Kwapis, David, Alexander & Julia Bondjuk.

He was the son of the late Harold & Mabel (nee Walters) Reinhardt, predeceased by his siblings, Robert, Shirley (Elliot), William, John, and Beverly McKenzie.
Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins extended family and many good friends.
Dick was a hard-working man that started his own business in the 70's, after many years of hard work and long hours, sold his business to spend more time with his family.  He went on to work for the University of Michigan and then to Health Plus in Flint, MI. He continued working until he retired at age 65.
Dick was quiet and kind to everyone holding the highest integrity in business and in family life.  He liked reading crime novels in his spare time and spending time with his friends in the Lithuanian community. Dick was a United States Navy Veteran. Military honors under the auspices of American Legion Post 32, Livonia, MI.
Family and friends may pay their respects Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 9am until time of Mass at 9:30 at Saint James Catholic Church 46325 W. 10 Mile Road Novi, MI
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the following charities:
the Daughters of Lithuania, or the Michigan Humane Society.
