Amrhein, Richard "Dick" October 31, 2022 age 91. Beloved husband of Carol (Seidler) of 63 years. Loving father of Raymond Amrhein, Mary Jo (Michael) Rutz and Maureen (Gary) Wright. Proud grandfather of Caroline, Adam (Dani), Natalie, Andrew, Mallory and Brian. Dear brother of the late Stephen "Bob" Amrhein, Donald Amrhein and Howard Amrhein. Dick was born in Mineloa, NY to the late Stephen and Beatrice (Purvis) Amrhein. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, serving during the Korean Conflict. Dick loved taking care of his wife, puttering around the house, and generally keeping himself busy. He also enjoyed crossword puzzles, Sudoku, solving puzzles on Wheel of Fortune and testing his knowledge watching Jeopardy! He was also known for "grandpa's famous oatmeal," which he would make for anyone who asked, while sporting a kitchen towel on his left shoulder!
