Richard Edward Drew (Dick), passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 87. He was born to the late Edward and Adeline Drew on August 17, 1935, in Detroit, Michigan. He was proceeded in death by, his wife, LouAnn FitzGerald Drew. He is survived by his daughters, Colleen Watson, Christine (Thomas) Foor Jr, Diane (Kim) Pollack, and Carolin (Daniel) Pennington. Dick was the proud grandfather of Drew (Andrea), Christina (Derek), Alex (Maggie), Maureen (Zack), Jack, Eleanor, Kathryn, Meredith, Mary Ryan, Joseph, and Henry. His love extended to his great grandchildren, Lucy, Reagan, Lincoln, Chole, Jackson, and Piper. He is the older brother to the late Michael Drew and his beloved sister and sidekick, Mary Ann O'Hara. His boundless love extended to his numerous nieces and nephews.

Dick was beloved by his friends and family centered around his Holy Family community. His collection was vast, but he never forgot his childhood friends and cousins. His passion for golf and everything sports are known by all. Dick finished the race with a trail of people who knew they were loved by his quiet, dignity and his gift of always showing up and being present.

Visitation will be at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, 248-348-1800, on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Instate Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 24505 Meadowbrook Road, Novi from 10:00 AM until time of funeral liturgy 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.
