Reyes C. Gonzalez Jr.'s Obituary
Reyes C. Gonzalez Jr. passed away on May 12, 2020, after a battle with Alzheimer's disease. Born in Uvalde, Texas on May 11, 1951, he was the son of Gloria Gonzalez (Northville) and Reyes C. Gonzalez Sr. (Jacqueline) (South Carolina). Brother of Christina Mrock (Ken), Maggie Gonzalez-Sheeran (Michael), Ben (Nadia), and David.
Reyes had four children. Danielle (deceased), Alec, Molly Minch (Josiah) and Quinn; also two grand daughters Danielle and Isabell.
Reyes was a veteran of the US Navy and served in Vietnam. He was a retired technician for Michigan Bell (ATT). Rey enjoyed history, music and was an excellent guitar player.
A burial will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery, at a future date.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the Veterans Association – Ann Arbor.
