Peter F. Pribik July 8, 1933 – May 10, 2025

Peter F. Pribik, age 91 passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025. Born on July 8, 1933, in Dearborn, Peter was a proud son of Michigan and a lifelong example of dedication, kindness, and good humor.

Beloved husband of the late Gerri, Peter was the cherished father of Daryl (Kasia) Pribik and Marni Hahn. He was a proud grandfather to Eric and Alex (Haley), and delighted in his role as great-grandfather to Lyla. Peter's family was the heart of his world, and his legacy of love and laughter lives on through them.

Peter served his country honorably in the United States Army, and later enjoyed a long and fulfilling 35-year career at Ford Motor Company. One of the highlights of his working life was the time he spent working alongside his daughter at Ford—a memory both cherished deeply.

A man of many passions, Peter loved talking about finances and investing and he had a fondness for the outdoors where he found great joy in boating, fishing, camping, and traveling. He took great pride in his Polish heritage, sharing traditions, stories that connected generations and an occasional vodka. He was an avid college football fan for University of Michigan. He spent many weekends cheering them on. He also loved Sundays watching the Lions. Those who knew him will remember his ever-present smile, the twinkle in his eye, and his gentle, welcoming spirit.

Visitation Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 2-7pm at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home 41555 Grand River . Instate Thursday, May 15, 2025, 10 am until mass at 11:00 am at St Mary1955 E Commerce St Milford.

Inurnment with military honors will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery.

Donation in his memory can be made to St Jude a charity he and his wife sponsored throughout their life.

Peter will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His warmth, strength, and humor will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
