Paul Edward Chuba. He lived a long life and leaves behind a loving family. He was born on June 26, 1927, and he passed away at the age of 96. He was the son of the late Paul George and Mildred (Sutherland) Chuba.
Paul Chuba was married to the late Helen Grace, and together, they had five children: Mary (Max) Anthouard, Paul J. (Ada) Chuba, Greg Chuba, Matt (Leslie) Chuba, and Drew (Becky) Chuba. He was a cherished grandfather to Rebecca (Thomas) McDonald, Magalie (B.J.) Grant, Chantal Chuba, Ben Chuba, Daniel Chuba, Anna Chuba, Parker Chuba, and Ashley Chuba. Additionally, he was a great-grandfather to River, Logan, Henry, and Finn.
During his working life, Mr. Chuba spent over 30 years working at Packard Motors and Ford Motor Company. Outside of work, he had various interests and hobbies, including woodworking, skiing, tinkering, and telling stories.
Visitation will be on Sunday, July 23, 2023, from 1 pm to 5 pm at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, located at 41555 Grand River Ave, Novi, MI 48375.
The funeral liturgy to honor Paul Edward Chuba will be held at 10 am on Monday, July 24, 2023, with visitation starting at 9:30 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church 23815 Power Rd. Farmington Rd. Farmington, MI.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making memorial contributions to the Penrickton Center for Blind Children. Paul Chuba will be laid to rest at the Oakwood Cemetery in Farmington, MI.
