Patricia Anne Zondlak 1936 – 2026

Patricia Anne Zondlak, age 89, passed away on May 8, 2026. She was the beloved wife of Allen Zondlak, with whom she shared a marriage of 67 years of love and memories.

Patricia was the loving mother of Brian (Cindy) Zondlak, Linda (Joe) Zukowski, and Kevin (Denise) Zondlak. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Hillary (Rich), Benjamin, Hannah, Ian (Maria), Rachel (Nicke), Mackenzie, Allyse (Kale), Brendan, and Harper; and her great-grandchildren, Adelaide, Gabriel, Sienna, and Ava.

She is survived by her sister, Beverly Rossetto and was preceded in death by her brothers, William Holladay and James Holladay.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Patricia’s memory to the Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Foundation to support research and patient care. Contributions can be made online at pkdcure.org/give/

A small private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
