Age 78. July 7, 2018. Beloved wife of Kenneth of 60 years. Loving mother of Linda (Gregg) Folgers, Edward (Kathleen) Smith and the late Kenny Smith. Grandmother of Colleen (David) LaMonte, Stacie (Ryan) Swikle, Jennifer (Jim) Bertsch, Samantha (Nick) Coram and Sarah Smith. Great-grandmother of Tessa, Davy, Chase, Clara, Dennis, Charlotte and Dean. Dear sister of David (Linda O'Neill) Creedon and the late William and Thomas Creedon. Sister-in-law of Janice Creedon. Patricia was born December 21, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Jack and Mary (O'Connor) Creedon. Mrs. Smith loved life, enjoyed scrabble, playing cards, especially poker, traveling, bowling and was a pool shark. She was on the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church Bereavement Committee. Pat had a courageous battle facing her cancer head on and she will be missed by all.
