Patricia A. Slaga, passed on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in Westland at the age of 85. Loving mother of Anthony, Linda (Jerry), and Debbie (Walt). Dear grandmother of Jerry (Rose), Nicole (Terrence), Rachel (Phil), Megan (Jeremiah), Melissa, Daniel (Emma), and Great-grandmother of Austin, Dylan, Hunter, Garrett, Gideon, Oliana, Connor, TJ, Cameron, and Sawyer. Patricia is preceded in death by her husband; Joseph, parents; George (Elma) Lear, and one sister.

Pat Slaga was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved being surrounded by her family. She was a dependable, hard worker and didn't retire until 70 years of age! She always had an office job and loved working, but….. WHEN SHE RETIRED, she was ecstatic to get a check even while staying at home! You would never get her on an airplane but she enjoyed traveling by Amtrak train to see her "second" family in California. Her hobbies included golf, bowling, shopping and most recently playing euchre with Aunt Jessie, eating out and going to the movies.

Visitation at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, 248-348-1800 on Monday, September 19, 2022 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at St. Hedwig Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Angela Hospice
