Patricia J. Formella of Northville passed away peacefully on October 13, 2014 with her husband Robert, and four children John, Patty, Dana (Steve) and Rob at her side.
Dear grandmother of Brooke, Shannen, Amber and Lauren.
Sister of Mary (Al), Nancy (Bob), Vicki (Paul) and Edward (Pam).
Mrs. Formella is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial gathering at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi 248-348-1800 Friday 4-8 pm and Saturday 9-11am.
Memorial service Saturday 11:00 am at the funeral home.
