Loving daughter of the late Fran and Bill Clancy, beloved sister of Mike Clancy, and dearest friend too many, passed away after a long battle with multiple sclerosis. Patty was a graduate of Henry Ford Nursing School and was employed at Providence Hospital in Southfield, for many years. While at Providence she was awarded the Very Special Person Award (1993); and she proudly displayed that certificate of achievement. Her family and friends would like to thank the nursing staff at Livonia Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation where she was a resident for the past several years, as well as Hospice of Michigan, for their loving care, support and friendship. A celebration of her life will take place on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 830 Pontiac Trail, South Lyon from 10:30 AM until time of funeral liturgy 11:00 AM.
