MARY BARTOLO
May 26, 1925 – October 6, 2022
Born May 26, 1925 in Cospicua, Malta passed away peacefully October 6, 2022 in Northville, Michigan at the age of 97. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Salvatore Bartolo and eldest daughter, Anna Sammut. Loving mother to Carmen (Jerry) Polarolo, Yvonne (Aldo) Pace and son-in-law Joe Sammut. Dearest grandma (Nanna) to seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren and one on the way. She was the eldest of fourteen children; with eight preceding her in death and survived by three brothers and two sisters. Mary loved being with family, talking about her past experiences and being always available to listen and provide advice and assistance. She will be dearly missed; however, we find comfort in knowing she is once again re-united with those she loved and we too, will be with her again one day. Visitation at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, 248-348-1800 on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM. Instate Monday, October 10, 2022 at St. James Catholic Church, 46325 W. 10 Mile Road, Novi from 10:00 AM until time of funeral liturgy 10:30 AM. Entombment will take place at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Brownstown Twp. Memorial donations may be made to capuchin soup kitchen . or Convoy of Hope .
