Dear grandmother of Ray, Stephanie, Sammi, and Jim.
Sister of Kenneth (Lois) Fultz, Elizabeth Hansen, and Faye Cannon.
Mrs. Hoyer was a member of the Novi City Counsel for 17 years.
Visitation at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi 248-348-1800, Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM.
Funeral Service 11:00 A.M. at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home on Monday, January 4, 2016.
Entombment will take place at Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock, Michigan.
