Linda Joyce Cassar, age 73, passed away on November 18, 2023. She was born on June 16, 1950, in Petoskey, Michigan, to the late Stanley E. and Lotta (Reid) Elya. Linda was the beloved wife of Richard for 54 years, a loving mother, proud grandmother, and dear sister.

Linda is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Cassar, and their children: Cassandra (Gregory) Kniaz, Richard A. Cassar Jr., Robert (Roshelle) Cassar, and Catherine (Garreth) Wolfe. She was a proud grandmother to Alexander, Liam, Adriana, Elizabeth, and Dominic. Linda is also survived by her sister, Louella Mosciski.

Family and friends were paramount in Linda's life, and she cherished her role as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her love and dedication to her family were unwavering, creating a legacy of warmth and support that will endure through generations.

One of Linda's joys in life was evident in her love for visiting Disney, where she created lasting memories with her family. She had a special fondness for capturing moments with various characters, adding a touch of magic to family vacations.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Ave., Novi, MI 48375. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins Rd., White Lake Charter Township, with visitation starting at 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass.

Linda Joyce Cassar will be remembered for her love, kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her.
