Jones, Leona N. July 10, 2010 Age 96 Leona was the last surviving child of Joseph and Belle LaLonde's eight children. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles and loving mother of the late Rick (Linda) and the late Bill (Debbie). Leona is survived by her dear grandsons, great—grandchiIdren and sister—in—|aw. She will be remembered fondly by many nieces, nephews and friends. Leona was a vibrant lady who was an active member of St. Monica Parish (Detroit), Catholic Central Mother's Club, St. Gerald Parish (Farmington) and many senior clubs in the Livonia/Farmington area. Her last 5 years at American House were some of her happiest because of the caring staff and new friends she made there. Leona's family thanks Star Manor and In—House Hospice for the special care she received during her final weeks. Family will receive friends at O'Brien - Sullivan Funeral Home 41555 Grand River, Novi on Saturday beginning at 12:30. A Funeral service will be then be held at 1:00 at the funeral home.
