Leona E. Bergman

Leona E. Bergman of Novi, Michigan, passed away on January 23, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, John Bergman and Le Roy Caudell. Leona was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother.
Leona is survived by her children Dianne (Bob) Hopkins, Kelvin (Tylene) Caudell, and Eric (Tatjana) Bergman; her grandchildren Katy (Josh) Swift, Karly (Miguel) Saez, Judson (Jodi) Hopkins, Brynn (David) Gustafson, and Johnathan and Lauren Bergman; her great-grandchildren Eoin, Ostin, Wesley, Collin, Olivia, Ethan, Veronica, and Miguel V, and her great-great granddaughter, Kathryn. Also, survived by many step-grandchildren. She is survived by her dear sisters Ellen Hunt, Sharon (Jim) Stewart, and Carol Vandeveer, as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her brother Virgil Huffman.
Leona was an avid bowler and golfer; she was proud of her two hole-in-ones, and a dedicated fan of the Detroit Tigers. She also played in several Pro-Am golf tournaments, showcasing her love for both the game and the competition. Leona, also, enjoyed traveling, having visited over 20 countries. Throughout her life, Leona remained a devoted Catholic, offering her time and service to St. Fabian Parish in Farmington Hills and Holy Family Catholic Church in Novi.
A firm believer in the power of Shaklee nutritional supplements, Leona was passionate about health and wellness. Her generous spirit and kind heart touched the lives of many, and she will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her vibrant energy, steadfast work ethic, attention to detail, and her loving devotion to her family and friends.

Leona's visitation will be Monday, February 3, 2025 at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Ave, Novi, MI 48375 from 10:00AM to Noon with a service starting at Noon. Interment will follow at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens in Novi, Michigan.
