Joyce Marie Moser, born on February 15, 1932, in Coldwater, Michigan, passed away on September 10, 2026. Joyce gave her life to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age 89 and was baptized on her 94th birthday February 15, 2026.

A graduate of Coldwater High School, Joyce began a life filled with compassion and dedication to helping others. She spent 22 remarkable years working in the emergency room at St. Mary’s Hospital where her calm demeanor and steadfast care left a lasting impact on her colleagues and patients alike.

Joyce was a woman of many talents and passions. In her younger years, she loved roller skating, skiing—both cross-country and downhill—and bicycling. She had a keen eye for artistry and craftsmanship, enjoying rug hooking, quilting, and sewing. Her unique creations, such as door knob paw towels and pet bandannas, were adored by many.

Her adventurous spirit was matched by her love for travel. Joyce explored the far corners of the world, visiting destinations like Cancun, Alaska, Scotland, England, Africa (twice), Australia, Ireland, Panama, Costa Rica, Bali, and Whistler, Canada, where she went dog-sledding at the age of 75. Bali held a special place in her heart as her favorite destination.

Of all her accomplishments, Joyce was most proud of her family. She lovingly raised five wonderful children: Bruce passed September 30, 2025, (Amy), Michael (Regina), William (Patricia), Teresa (Thomas), and Stephen survive. She took great joy in being a grandmother to 13 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 9 great-grandchildren, whom she adored and loved to spoil. Her boundless generosity, thoughtful nature, and unconditional love left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her.

Joyce was adventurous, kind, and a beacon of love and warmth. She will be deeply missed by her surviving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her sole surviving sibling Shirley, as well as countless friends and extended family members.
