Slaga, Joseph October 2, 2016 Age 81 of South Lyon. Loving husband of Patricia (Lear) Dear father of Anthony, Linda (Jerry) and Debbie (Walter). Grandfather of Jerry, Nicole, Megan, Rachel, Melissa and Daniel. Great-grandfather of Austin, Hunter, Dylan, Garrett and his soon to be first great-granddaughter. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Mary Slaga and brothers, Robert and John Slaga. In the late 1960's, Mr. Slaga had a business endeavor in Ann Arbor as co-owner of the 5th Dimension (a teen nightclub). He was Past-President of the South Lyon Kiwanis Club. Joe loved to play cards with his friends and enjoyed cooking for his family. Visitation 2-8 Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home.
