It is with profound sadness we announce the untimely and unexpected passing of our beloved Joseph Anthony Meier. Joe is survived by his wife of 14 years, Mary (Pichini), sons William (11) and Robert (8), parents Larry and Mary Kay, grandmother Eileen Mallon, sister Chelsey (Matt) McWilliams, brother Steve (Vanessa), nieces Eliza, Evie, nephew Charlie, and many more loved ones.

Joe was a lover of sports, competition, roller coasters and adrenaline rushes, mediocre magic tricks and excel spreadsheets. Joe was an enthusiastic participant in many of Mary's adventures, the last being Costa Rica in December 2024.

Joe's memory lives on in his two beautiful children, William Lawrence and Robert Steven. Please honor Joe in whatever manner you would like. Go summer dock jumping in the lake, play catch with your kids, visit Cedar Point, laugh at a stand up comedy show, or watch a cerebral movie. Please help us keep his memory alive and continually share your memories of Joe.

Memorial gathering of friends will be held at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, 248-348-1800 on Monday, March 3, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. Instate Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the Church of the Holy Family, 24505 Meadowbrook Road, Novi from 10:00 AM until time of memorial mass 10:30 AM.
