Great-grandmother of Nicholas and Matthew Iacobell. Joan was born April 15, 1923 in New York City, NY to the late Samuel and Stella (Green) Breakstone. She was preceded in death by her sister Marilyn Paley. Mrs. Sill was the Headmasters Secretary at Detroit Country Day School, Beverly Hills, MI for many years. Joan enjoyed gardening and theater music. Memorial service will be held 11 am Friday, June 7, 2019 at Church of the Holy Cross 40700 W. 10 Mile Rd. Novi . Visitation will be Friday 10 am until time of service at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Church of the Holy Cross Memorial Gardens.
