Jeri D. Moak Age 62
On Tuesday morning May 6th our courageous mother, Jeri, peacefully passed away. As we grieve the loss of her, we are comforted by the memories of mom's genuine spirit and contagious laughter.

We plan to honor our mom at the following:
Visitation Monday 2-9pm at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River, Novi.
Instate Tuesday 5:30pm for 6:00pm funeral service at First United Methodist Church of Northville, 777 W. Eight Mile Rd., Northville.
On tuesday we will be hosting a Memorial Reception where dinner will be provided - 7:30pm.
Inn at St. John's, 44045 Five Mile Rd., Plymouth, MI 48170
Burial will take place on Wednesday morning - 10:00am. at Rural Hill Cemetery, 215 West Main St., Northville, MI 48167
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "Friends of Powell County's Pets" in Stanton, KY. They are a wonderful all-volunteer group that work hard to save abused, neglected, sick, and abandoned animals in eastern Kentucky and are a 501c3 tax-free organization.
