On April 2nd at age 55, Jenene Michele Kozinski passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends at her home in South Lyon, MI after a courageous battle with cancer. Jenene was born on July 2nd, 1963 in Trenton, MI. She is survived by her children, Nicole (Nick) and Brad, her grandchildren, Gracie and Myla, her ex-husband/long time friend, Matt, her mother, Alice, her sisters, Terri (Rick), Debbie, and Sharon (Bruce), and her many nieces, nephews, and friends. She began her entrepreneurial career at Murray's Auto Parts in high school as a cashier and soon progressed within Murray's to a management position and created their initial IT organization. She then founded Park Street Auto in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. After taking some time off to raise her children and pursue other interests, such as running the Adopt-A-Family program at St. James Church, she went back to school and got her degree in Business Administration/Accounting. Jenene loved to follow her passion, and opened a Biggby Coffee Shop in Novi, MI where she met long-time friends and operated the store until selling it in 2010. Jenene then took various other administrative accounting positions in the automotive/contracting field. Golfing, puzzles, office supplies, traveling to Arizona, and her family and friends were a few of Jenene's favorite things. She was honest, kind, strong, and had a wonderful sense of humor.
