Jeannine was the beloved wife of the late Phillip for 71 years and loving mother to
Michael (Tracy), Michele (Tim) Sheldon, and Paul (Tara) Sumner, and the late
Phillip. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Kyle and Michaela Sumner, Lee and Tim Sheldon, Kaitlyn Sumner and Adam and Nick Kopasz and a joyful great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren who brought her immense happiness.
She is also survived by her dear sister Patricia Tritsch (Henry), along with many
loving nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her warmth, humor, and
spirited personality.
Known affectionately as "Jeep," Jeannine was a strong, feisty, and deeply
loving woman whose energy and kindness drew people to her. She enjoyed
spending time outdoors tending to her yard, flowers, and lawn, and could
often be found relaxing on her patio with a cup of morning coffee. Jeannine
was outgoing and maintained many cherished friendships throughout her life,
and she especially loved hosting dinner parties and gatherings with family and
friends.
Jeannine was an active member of Holy Family Church, where her faith and
sense of community were an important part of her life.
Her family will remember her as a woman of strength, warmth, and love who
brought joy and laughter to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all
who knew and loved her.
