Harry Wallis "Skip" Marshall, 74, passed away on March 26, 2020.
Skip was born on January 12, 1946 in Windsor, Ontario to Dorothy and Harry Marshall. He graduated from Mackenzie High School in Detroit. He served in the United States Navy from 1965-1968 with three tours in Vietnam. He worked in the elevator trade, mainly for Otis Elevator Company, for over 35 years. Skip was an avid fisherman and enjoyed going on fishing charters with friends and family. He also loved learning about his ancestry and maritime history.
Skip was a beloved husband to Susan (Mojak) Marshall and father to Jennifer (Travis) Kerbrat, Heather Marshall, and Shaun Marshall, and grandfather to Katelyn, Corwin, Quinn, and Sarah.
A private service will be held in his honor.
A celebration of life with full military honors will be held at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
