Sister of the late Carol Palmer.
Survived by her niece, Christine Palmer of Memphis TN and her nephew, Dr. William Palmer of Huntington, WV.
Ms. Windisch retired from Detroit Edison after forty years of service.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
Private services were held.
Age 89.
