George Gilbert Ham
July 6, 1951 – October 23, 2025

George Gilbert Ham, age 74, of Novi, Michigan, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025. Born on July 6, 1951, in Detroit, MI, George was the beloved son of the late Louise (Winwood) and the late Gilbert Ham.

He was the devoted husband of the late Karen Marie Ham, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and family. George was a proud and loving father to Kristin and Elizabeth, and cherished father-in-law to Mandy and Andriana. His greatest joy came from being a doting grandfather to Leyla, Ellie, Lennon, and Luxe, who brought endless light into his life.

George is also survived by his dear siblings Laura, Paul, Jim, and Judy, and was preceded in death by his brother Donald. He will be lovingly remembered by his stepmother, Joan Ham, his mother-in-law Linda, as well as many extended family members and friends.

Known for his warmth, humor, and generous spirit, George enjoyed the simple pleasures of life — golfing, cooking, gardening, fishing, and cheering on his University of Michigan Wolverines. Above all, he treasured time spent with his family and friends, creating countless memories that will live on in their hearts.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with a Celebration of Life service at 4:00 PM, at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Ave., Novi, MI 48375. (248) 348-1800.
