Francis Kelly age 86, passed away May 26, 2013.
Beloved husband of the late Elinor for 54 years.
Loving father of Kathleen (Peter) Kohlert, Daniel (Katherine) Kelly, Maureen (Jeffrey) Nichols, and Timothy (Kimberly).
Dear grandfather of Marie, Kevin, Ryan, Shauna, Brenden, Connor, Sean, Megan, Maeve, Shannon, Timothy and Devin. Great grandfather of Charlotte, Cass, Grayson, and Callahan.
Brother of Thomas.
Frank was born and raised in Detroit where he worked for 38 years as a Detroit Firefighter until his retirement as a Senior Chief of the DFD. He was an active member in the Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH) for many years.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 30 from 2-9 PM with scripture service at 7PM at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi 248-348-1800.
Instate Friday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 132 Orchard Drive, Northville from 9:30am until time of funeral liturgy at 10:00 am.
Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield.
Memorial donations may be made to Doorway to Solanus Casey.
