Beloved husband of the Mary Lou Haney for 29 years and the late Delia Haney for 32 years.
Father of Maureen (Tom) Hoy, Joann (Mark) Ratliff,
John Haney, Kevin (Patricia) Haney and the late Mary Elizabeth.
Proud grandfather of nine.
Stepfather and grandfather to the Bingen family.
Francis served in Marines during WWII. He participated in action at Iwo Jima and was awarded the Bronze Metal star for gallantry in action.
Upon his return from the Marines he graduated from the University of Detroit with a degree as an electrical engineer. He went to work for the Siemens Corporation were he worked for many years
Visitation at the O'Brien Sullivan Funeral Home 41555 Grand River Novi 248-348-1800 Wednesday 3-8pm. Rosary Wednesday at 7pm.
In state at Our Lady of Sorrows Church 23815 Power Road, Farmington, MI 48336 Thursday 9:30 until the funeral Liturgy at 10:00am .
