Felino Olegario Pascual was born in Pangasinan, Philippines on June 1, 1930 to Teofila Olegario and Esteban Pascual. He was one of 15 children. He completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from FEATI University. He then joined the Philippines Army and rose to the rank of Captain at the age of 21. Part of his responsibility was teaching electronics at the Army Signal Corp. For the next 12 years after he left the Army, he worked at Wake Island and served during the Vietnam War.
He married Amelia Aquino on June 26, 1954 and they have 5 children. The family immigrated to the USA in 1973 and permanently settled in Michigan. He worked as an Electrical Engineer at General Electric Medical Systems until his retirement in 1992. Post retirement, our Dad enjoyed gardening, classical music, travel, Judge Judy and game shows. Dad enjoyed the trips to the Philippines, Bahamas and Europe with the whole family. He also enjoyed bigger celebrations that included nieces and nephews. He has been blessed with a full life, a loving family and lots of friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Amelia; his daughter, Amelia Fe; sons Felino Esteban II, Felino Hipolito III, Felino Mariano IV, Felino Generoso V; grandchildren (by age) Anjelica, Elizabeth, Elena, Kayleigh, Vincent, Andrew, Hannah, Nathan, Nicolas, Brennan; daughters-in-law Hanie, Tet, Kim, Grace; great grandson, Mason; special son, Jim, grandsons-in-law Marvin and Collin; brother, Ireneo and his nieces and nephews.
We will always miss you Lakay, Dad, Pops, Grandpa and Great-Grandpa and your memory will always remain in our hearts and minds. Thank you for all you have done, thank God for you and much love from all of us.


Visitation for Felino will take place on Monday June 27th from 2 pm until 8 pm at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Ave., Novi, MI 48375, with a rosary at 6:30 pm.

A funeral mass for Felino will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Our Lady of Sorrows, 23815 Power Rd, Farmington, MI 48336, with an instate period at 9:30 am until time of funeral liturgy at 10:00 am.
