Ethel "Joyce" Williams, age 90 peacefully passed into our God's loving arms on February 5,
2025.
Joyce was immensely proud of her family. Loving mother of Dr. Shelley (Tom) Nepa and the late
Christopher Hayball. She is remembered and loved by her grandchildren Natalie, Benjamin and
Kristyn. Former wife and lifelong friend of the late Richard Hayball and former wife of the late
George Frandsen.
Ethel's early life was shaped by the care and love of the Lennox Family. She carried their
kindness with her throughout her life.
She was a proud employee of the Ford Motor Company and longtime resident of Novi.
Joyce leaves behind many dear friends who she held close to her heart. These friendships were
invaluable to her, and greatly enriched her life.
As we say goodbye to Joyce, we celebrate a very full life filled with love, laughter, resilience,
and perseverance. May she rest in peace, free of this world, surrounded by her loved ones who
have gone before her and our Savior in heaven.
The family deeply appreciates all the prayers, messages, remembrances and cards. To celebrate
Joyce, go golf, travel, read a book, see a movie, go out to dinner with friends or enjoy some ice
cream!
A private interment will take place at Acacia Park Cemetery.
