Elodia Santos (Martinez) Price, age 67, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026.

She was the beloved wife of the late John Price. Born in Wauseon, Ohio, on February 28, 1959, Elodia was the cherished daughter of the late Elena (Santos) and Gilberto Martinez.

Elodia was a devoted and loving mother to Christina Martinez, Crystal (Christopher) Kouri, and Justin Price. She was a proud and doting grandmother to Logan, Micah, and Scarlett Kouri. She is also survived by her loving siblings: Irene S. Martinez, Antonio S. (Theresa) Martinez, Rebecca S. (Spencer) Blunt, and many cherished nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Rudolfo Martinez and Gilberto Martinez. She will also be deeply missed by her beloved family friend, Belinda Murphy.

Elodia attended Bowling Green State University, where she met the love of her life, her late husband, John. Throughout her life, she enjoyed playing softball and volleyball, reading, and cooking for those she loved. She generously gave her time as a Girl Scout Leader and built a successful career as a retail manager.

Known for her remarkable resilience, Elodia faced the challenges of blindness with extraordinary strength, grace, and determination. Above all, she was a woman of deep and abiding faith whose kindness, courage, and love for her family inspired all who knew her.

Visitation will also be held on Monday, July 6, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at O'Brien Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, Michigan.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 24505 Meadowbrook Road, Novi, Michigan. Visitation at the church will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to the Mass.

Interment will take place at St. Richard Catholic Cemetery in Swanton, Ohio, on Wednesday July 8, 2026 at 12 Noon.

Elodia's unwavering faith, enduring strength, and boundless love for her family will remain a lasting legacy. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all whose lives she touched.
