Proud grandmother of Brad (Carrie), Jason, Greg, Heather (Wes), Alex (Danny), Christopher, Lance, Allyssa, Jacob, and Luke. Step grandmother of Paul (Zarema) and Jon.
Great grandmother of Juliette, Ellie, Mikaela, Nathan, Drewsen, and Jackson. Step great grandmother of Isabella and David.
Sister of the late Mary Langa and the lateTheresa Haynack.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and friends. Ellie enjoyed bingo, going on bus casino trips and volunteering at the Oscoda Senior Center. Two of her favorite past times, watching the Detroit Tigers and playing cards with her family. She was very proud of her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly, along with her faith,energy and strength.
Visitation at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River, Novi, Friday, October 20, 2017 from 2-8 pm with a Celebration of Life at 7:00 pm. Ellie will be interred 1 pm on November 24, 2017 at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
