Eileen Marcella Youngerman

April 3, 1944 – July 5, 2022

Beloved mother of Cindy, Douglas (Mary) and Deborah.

Cherished grandmother of Andrea (Matt), Stephanie, Megan, Courtney, Shannon, Jonathan and Jacob.

Sweet sister of Donald (Cindy), Shirley (The late Thomas),

Pre deceased by siblings Richard, Beverly and Gloria.

Sister-in-law of Joan, Larry and Pat

She is also survived by many dear nieces, nephews and friends.



Eileen loved her family. One of her favorite pastimes was just spending time with her family at Crystal Lake or down state at home. She had a passion for coaching soccer and making bread. She loved traveling, in particular Sedona. Eileen was a fan of snail mail and adored sending/receiving cards and post cards. She also cherished her special white Christmas tree and ornaments.

Donations can be made in Eileen's honor Ronald McDonald House , St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Michigan Humane Society .



A visitation for Eileen will be held on Friday July 8, 2022, beginning at 4 pm until 8 pm with reflection and memory sharing at 7pm all at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Ave. Novi, MI 48375.

A funeral mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church 46325 W 10 Mile Rd, Novi, MI 48374 with an instate period at 9:30 am and the funeral liturgy beginning at 10 am.

Eileen will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery located in Southfield Michigan.
