Age 98 Beloved mother of the late Buff Whelan and David Whelan. Loving grandmother of Amy (Clark) Shuler, Mandy (Andrew) Hoar, Kerry (Greg) Thieleke, Kevin (Stacey) Whelan, Garrett Whelan and Sean (Erin) Whelan and great-grandmother of Katie, Hannah, Maddie, Molly, Nicholas, Julia, Brooke, Haley and Robbie. Visitation at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home 41555 Grand River 248-348-1800 Thursday 10:00am until the service at 11:30am. Committal service at Christian Memorial Cemetery at 1:00pm. Donations can be made to the Detroit Zoo
