Loving father of Shirley (the late Howard) Monchamp, and Gary (Maureen) Zack.
Dear grandfather of Christine (Dominick) Tyra, and great grandfather of Kourtney, Alexis.
Mr. Zack leaves behind his favorite dog "Lady".
Visitation at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi 248-348-1800 Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM with a scripture service at 7:00 PM.
Instate Friday, November 4, 2016 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 24505 Meadowbrook Road, Novi from 10:00 AM until time of funeral liturgy 10:30 AM.
