Cascardo, Edward Oliver - February 20, 2024. Age 85 passed away in Stuart, Florida. Beloved husband of Mary (Wojcik) and the late Anita (Scofano). Loving father of Lisa (Ken) Hunt, Michael Cascardo, Tresa (Paul) Mortiere and Kim (Jim) Deranek. Proud grandfather of Jacob (Shelby) Mortiere, Joseph (Kaitlyn) Mortiere, Andrea Deranek, Thomas Deranek, Michael Deranek, Alexander Hunt, and Andrew Hunt.

Brother of the late Louis (Georgina) Cascardo and the late Armand (the late Connie) Cascardo. Also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Edward graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a BSME degree and an MBA from Wayne State University. Ed worked for Ford Motor Company for 35 years, where he retired as a senior Vice President in Engineering Management. In retirement, Ed and Mary traveled extensively with the Nomads to Paris, Milan, Calabria and many other places and enjoyed an extensive circle of friends. Ed was a devout Catholic and believed in God's divine plan and was very grateful for all the blessings in his life. He enjoyed tennis and golf. Ed was a generous, loving man, and he especially loved his grandkids immensely.
Visitation 4-7 pm Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home 41555 Grand River Ave Novi, MI. A rosary will be prayed at 6 pm.
Funeral Mass 10:30 am Thursday, February 29, 2024, at St. James Catholic Church 46325 W. Ten Mile Rd. Novi with visitation 10 am until time of funeral mass.
