Dear mother of Thomas (Lyanne) & David (Leeann).
Loving grandmother of Thomas Jr., Dennis, Bill (Shelly), Michelle, John and Paul and great grandmother of Julia, Luke, Zach, Alex, West and Mackenzie.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
