She was a loving and devoted mother to Dennis (Jenny) Maddox, Deborah (the late Richard) Yarling, Michael (Anna) Maddox, and James (Michelle) Maddox. She was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Martha Maddox. Donna took immense pride in her family and cherished every moment spent with them.

She was also blessed to be a great-grandmother to nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Lucille Spradling, Katie Moffitt, and Homer Stamps.
Donna had a gentle spirit and a generous heart. She was an accomplished quilter, a talent she poured love into stitch by stitch. Above all, she treasured being a mother and spending time with her family. One of her most memorable adventures came in her 90s, when she joyfully fulfilled a lifelong thrill by driving a Ferrari at the Michigan International Speedway—an experience that perfectly reflected her adventurous spirit and zest for life. She also made many friends at Waltonwood, filling her last years with joy.
