Donald Warren Saunders, age 83, passed away on November 30, 2025 in Northville, Michigan. He was born on March 23, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan to parents Arthur and Fannie (Doherty) Saunders. Donald was preceded in death by his sister, Marcia (Thomas) Grace.

Donald is lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews David (Rena) Grace, John (Mary Jaye) Grace, Thomas (Kathy) Grace, Patrick (Sandy Ford) Grace, and Caroline (Jeff) Carrier, and the late Edward Grace, as well as by many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Throughout his life, Donald found great joy and companionship in spending time with his family, especially during hunting and fishing trips shared with his nephews. These moments together created treasured memories that will be fondly cherished.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 10:00 am, at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 N Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170 with visitation beginning at 9:00 am. Donald will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, Michigan, where his cremated remains will be interred.
